A lot of customers with a large amount of data usage may face an annoying situation as they run out of data and their service is suspened until the next billing circle starts.
There are two ways to get it fixed
- Upgrade to a plan with a higher data capacity
The only difference in our plans is the data capacity. You can upgrade your current plan if it’s necessary.Just login to your account in customer area, select ‘product service’—‘my product service’. Find the plan you want to upgrade, click on the corresponding product management button to enter the plan product management page. On the right side of the page, there is a ‘product upgrade link’. Click in, then you are able to upgrade your plan. - Reset current month’s used traffic
1.Make sure your account balance with quikoop is sufficient before you move to next step, if not, please top up first.
2.Fill up and send us a service ticket(https://quikoop.com/submitticket.php) and state that you want to reset the currently used traffic.
3.Our customer service team will reset the plan data for you, so you can restore the initial plan capacity immediately. However this does not change the billing cycle and the current plan end date, you will be charged for a new plan cost and this will be taken from your account balance.
The two ways are different, the first one will cost you the updated plan cost while the second one will charge you the same amount of your current plan.
