• Make sure your account balance with Quikoop is sufficient before you move to the next step, if not, please top up first.
  • Fill up and send us a service ticket and state that you want to renew your current plan.
  • Our customer service team will reset your plan after review your ticket, this will restore your initial plan capacity immediately. However this does not change your current billing cycle and plan expirary date, you will be charged for a new plan fee after the renewal.
