How to modify my service default configuration?

Modifying service default settings gives our customers a chance to optimize their connections as per the internet circumstance in their countries. However it is not mandatory and we recommend using your default setting.

The service parameters set on node servers and client devices should be consistent all the time.

Service parameters include

• Encryption
• Confusion
• Protocol

These parameters can be modified from your plan management page after login to your account.Once you make the change on the server side, please change the app settings on your client devices accordingly to ensure the client’s configuration is consistent with the configuration of your node server. Otherwise, you will not be able to get connected.

Modify your service parameters

Log in to your account from the Client Area, choose the plan you prefer and click ‘Order Now’, then in the popup ‘Product Configuration’ page you will be able to modify your configuration parameters.

Upon completion, we will send you an e-mail to your registered e-mail address with a summary of the service parameters before and after the change. Please modify the service parameters of your app to ensure they are consistent with the modified parameters on your node server.
