The things you should know about your data usage
The expiry date of your plan
- Non-Renewable Plan (Trial Plan)
One-off offer with seven days validation period which can not be renewed at the end of the plan, all the remaining data will be set to ZERO when the plan expires. - Renewable Plans (Regular Plans)
According to the billing cycle (usually on monthly basis), when customers place order and complete payment, their plans will be activated immediately and it will be valid till to the same day of following month, unused data of current plan can not be carried over to next billing circle.
Billing period start and end date
- The billing cycle is not on a calendar month, instead it starts from the the date your order/payment is completed and lasts for thirty days. For example an user’s initial plan started on July 18, 2017,he did not pay immediately after receiving his bill and waited until July 22, 2017 to pay off the opening invoice. In this case his next billing circle started on August 18, 2017.
- Upgrade, renewal does not change your billing cycle
How data traffic is counted
- Both uplink and downlink data traffic will be counted in terms of your data usage. For example a customer uploaded 1Gb of files, downloaded 9Gb of movies, then his data usage will be 10Gb.
Service suspension
- The service will be suspended once you run out your data. In this case you can choose either reset your existing plan or buy a new plan/upgrade your plan.
