Important: Accounts without mailbox verification will be removed.

A real and verified mailbox record is needed to set up your service at Quikoop Networks, and it’s the primary method we communicate with our customers. We request our customers to provide us a real e-mail address, and verified by the mailbox when they register their account. Accounts that have not been verified for 30 consecutive days will be automatically deleted by the system. So, please follow the steps below to complete the mailbox verification.

After login to your account in the Client Area, if you see any of following information showing on your screen,  it indicates that your account has not been verified by email.

  •  A text box with a pale yellow background showing the message ‘Please check your email and follow the link to verify your email address ‘, plus a yellow button with text ‘Resend Verification Email’ to the right of the text box.
  • A red text displayed in a text box with gray background saying ‘ You must verify your email address before continuing’ .

How to varify your mail box?

  • Login to your accont in client area, check and confirm your registered mailbox is real and valid. If not, please change to a valid email address.
  • Click the Yellow button on the right side with text ‘Resend Verification Email’.
  • Go to your email box, click the verification link sent by Quikoop. In the new confirmation page, enter your user name and password to login, then you will complete the verification.
